Our Teachers

Natalie McKeon

Nat is a yoga teacher who brings warmth, attentiveness, and a grounded approach to movement, with a strong belief that yoga should be accessible, supportive, and relevant for real life.

Her classes combine mindful movement, breath, strength, and mobility, offering a practice that supports beginners while also providing depth and challenge for those who are already active. Clear, inclusive cueing and thoughtful sequencing allow students to explore movement in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable, with options always available.

Drawing on her own experience of finding yoga during busy and demanding seasons of life, Nat is passionate about creating classes where people feel welcomed, seen, and confident to move in ways that suit their bodies and their needs — whether they’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or using yoga to complement an active lifestyle.

Students often describe Nat’s classes as grounding, supportive, and quietly energising, leaving them feeling stronger, more connected, and more at ease in their bodies.

Yoga

Amy Armstrong

Amy brings a calm, informed, and considered approach to movement, with a strong focus on strength, stability, and supporting the body through everyday life as well as more active pursuits.

With a background in physiotherapy, Amy has a deep understanding of how bodies move, adapt, and perform. Her classes are thoughtfully structured and progressive, offering clear guidance and options throughout — making them suitable for beginners, those returning to movement, and active people looking to build resilience, strength, and improve body awareness.

Outside the studio, Amy is a passionate runner who has completed multiple ultra-marathons. This experience gives her a unique appreciation for both the demands placed on the body through training and the importance of recovery, balance, and sustainable movement.

Students often comment on Amy’s warm presence and steady teaching style, and her ability to create a space where people feel supported, challenged, and confident in their bodies.
