HER ELEMENT
Amy and Nat met nearly ten years ago, as bleary-eyed new mums through a group fitness class held in the very same clubrooms where Her Element classes now take place.
That class — run by Kate, an absolute legendary human — became more than just a workout. It was a space where they grew into their new roles as parents, formed a lasting friendship, deepened their connection to the local community, and found time to move their bodies in a way that felt supportive and realistic.
That experience planted the seed for Her Element.
Our Story
At Her Element, we believe that movement is just one part of the picture. Community, connection, and care are equally important — especially in a world that so often asks us to push harder and do more.
Our yoga and Pilates classes support strength, mobility, balance, and awareness, while also creating space to slow down, reconnect, and feel at ease in your body. We teach in a way that honours different bodies, abilities, energy levels, and seasons of life, with options always offered and no expectation to perform.
The moments of connection in our classes — the familiar faces, the shared breath, the permission to rest — are not accidental. They are intentionally woven into everything we offer.

Having experienced firsthand how powerful it is to move within a supportive community, Amy and Nat are committed to creating classes where people feel welcomed, seen, and supported — whether it’s their very first class or their hundredth.
